The MCS series, Small Industrial Boilers are solid fuel fired smoke tube boilers. They are three pass, horizontal, dry back small industrial boilers with a working pressure of 7kg/ cm2. It consists of an internal furnace with a manual feeding system.

With capacities ranging from 300 to 600 Kgs/hr., the MCS series is suitable for various types of fuels like coal, wood, bagasse, lignite, briquette, etc.

A thermal efficiency of 70 ± 2% can be obtained on NCV, which can be increased to 73 ± 2% on NCV with a heat recovery unit. An economiser can be added as a heat recovery unit to improve efficiency.
